Peppermint Pattie Recipe


Smooth Peppermint filling simply delicious.

Filling Ingredients:

1/2 Raw cashew (soaked)

1/2 Cup Coconut Oil (melted)

3-4 Tablespoons Honey (or agave or coconut syrup)

2 Tablespoons Almond Milk

1 Teaspoon Mint Medicine Flowers

 

Directions:

Blend until smooth

Put in Modern Day Hippie Moulds

Place in the freezer until set approx 30 minutes

Chocolate Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

3/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (Dairy free if desired)

 

Directions:

Melt the Coconut Oil and Dark Chocolate together.

 

Assembling:

Get the Peppermint patties out of the freezer and dunk into the melted chocolate. 

Put back into the freezer to set.
