Today I experimented with Zucchini that was Saute with salt, pepper and paprika on top and avocado on the side. It was so quick and easy. I also made a big batch of cold pressed juice in the morning so there was enough to accompany my lunch.
Tasty and nutritious are two of my favourite words. I always have the motto "things can be simple and super delish". With the TV shows like Masterchef etc we can be over zealous and want to over complicate things. So if you are time poor and want nutritious food keep it simple.
The Juice consisted of oranges, carrots, ginger and lemon.
I try to have a juice a day and wow i can tell the difference when i skip a few days.
